Terms & Conditions
By choosing the Atmos Extended Warranty, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, which complement the existing Manufacturer's Warranty.
1. Introduction
The Atmos Extended Warranty offers coverage beyond the initial one-year manufacturer's warranty, showcasing our confidence in Marlyn's durability and performance.
2. Warranty Extension
The option to extend the warranty is limited to a single purchase per equipment. Warranty extensions are only available during the equipment's active warranty period. Please note that Atmos reserves the right to decline an Extended Warranty for any reason.
To ensure the validity of the Extended Warranty, it is necessary to activate the license in the Atmos system no later than the expiry date of the Manufacturer's (limited) Warranty. Extended Warranty activations after this date may not be considered valid.
3. Eligibility and Scope
The Extended Warranty is exclusively available to consumers who acquire Marlyn with a Sony A7RIV or Sony A6100 camera payload directly from Atmos or an authorized reseller. Marlyn models with different camera payloads may have alternative costs and restrictions.
The Extended Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any third party.
4. Coverage
The Atmos Extended Warranty is valid for an additional 12 months from the expiry date of the Manufacturer's (limited) Warranty.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products in the event of manufacturing defects or technical failures. Under no circumstances will the Atmos liability exceed the original purchase price.
The Warranty does not cover damages resulting from hardware modifications, user errors, or cosmetic damage.
5. Repairs
The Atmos Extended Warranty covers labour hours, call-out charges, and spare parts.
Repairs are carried out by trained and qualified Atmos engineers, ensuring the proper maintenance of your Marlyn drone. In some regions, authorized service partners (Atmos Service Centers) may conduct repairs on Atmos' behalf.
